Meeting Mate is now in early access: keep unanswered questions in view

Meeting Mate October 9, 2026 · White Rabbit Advisory Group

A client call can move through an agenda while leaving important questions unresolved. Someone says, "Let me get back to you," the subject changes, and the meeting ends without an answer.

Meeting Mate, a new WRAG product now in early access, keeps those questions visible while there is still time to address them. It is a private AI meeting assistant for Windows that runs on your own PC alongside Microsoft Teams, Zoom or Google Meet.

Open questions that clear themselves

Every question asked during the meeting appears live and stays on the list until someone actually answers it. A promise to come back to it does not count. When an answer arrives, Meeting Mate clears the question with the exact words that answered it.

Before anyone says goodbye, you can see what is still open. That is the difference between a conversation moving on and a question being answered.

Help during the conversation, follow-through afterward

Meeting Mate suggests questions to ask next from your prep notes and agenda. It captures action items with an owner and due date, tracks key points, and turns your agenda into a checklist with a time-left nudge.

There is a Catch me up button, a private Ask box, highlights and space for your own notes. Mini mode stays on top of Teams, and a speaking coach helps you keep track of how you are contributing.

After the meeting, a written debrief brings together the summary, decisions, remaining questions and action items split into yours and theirs. It is saved to your own folders, with a follow-up email waiting in your Outlook drafts for review. Follow-up meetings remember what was said and left open last time.

Private, with disclosure built in

Nothing joins the call. Meeting Mate listens to your microphone and computer audio, but no audio is ever saved. Speech recognition runs on your PC, and it keeps only the text you choose to keep.

A disclosure note can be copied into the meeting chat, a visible indicator shows when it is listening, and you can pause anytime. WRAG does not use your meetings to train anything. Users are responsible for following recording and transcription consent laws; some states, including Florida, require everyone's consent.

Meeting Mate runs on Windows today, with Mac planned. A small pilot group is forming.
