Every product White Rabbit Advisory Group offers is on this page with its real price. There is no checkout, on purpose. We take on a limited number of clients, so every engagement starts with a short conversation to make sure it is a fit.

A private AI teammate for the whole company, working inside the chat tool your staff already uses. Priced by team size, not per seat.
AI Consulting Retainer
Ten hours a month of hands-on AI consulting with Chuck Poole: what to automate, building it, and getting your team using it. Three month minimum.

Managed Web Design
Your website built, hosted and kept current. Unlimited changes, unlimited redesigns, and weekly tuning so you show up in Google and in AI answers.
Managed Social Media Marketing
Three posts a week on two platforms, written in your voice. You approve every post before it goes out, and get a short report each month.
Automated Email Campaigns
Up to two email campaigns or automated follow-up sequences running at a time, written in your voice and sent from your own account.
List Enrichment
Your old or partial contact list cleaned up: missing emails, titles, phones and company details filled in, duplicates removed.

Prices are in US dollars. AI usage for BOS is billed to you directly by the AI provider at cost, never marked up.
How to get started

Call or send the form
Call 561-373-2547 or fill in the short contact form and tell us which product you are interested in. A real person answers either way.

A short conversation
Fifteen to thirty minutes about your business and what you want to fix. If we are not the right fit, we will say so and point you somewhere better.
- 03
Agreement and invoice
You get a simple agreement and your first invoice, sent from QuickBooks. Pay by ACH, wire or check.
- 04
Work starts
As soon as the first invoice is paid. You get a direct line to the person doing the work, not a ticket queue.
