The signature feature
Every question asked in the meeting shows up on your screen the moment it is asked, and it stays there until someone actually answers it. When it is answered, Meeting Mate clears it and keeps the exact words that answered it, so you can see who said what and when.
Nothing slips through because the conversation moved on. Before anyone says goodbye, you can see exactly what is still open.

Captured as people commit, with the owner and the due date, so you leave knowing what you owe and what others owe you.
Names, numbers, dates and decisions pulled out as they are said.
Your agenda as a checklist that ticks itself off, with a time-left nudge when topics are running out of room.
One button tells you what happened in the last two minutes and whether anything is waiting on you.
Ask about the meeting privately. Answers link to the moment it was said. Click anything to jump to that moment, and pin what matters.
Mark a moment with a hotkey and add your own notes alongside the transcript.
A compact view that stays on top of Teams, with hotkeys that work while your meeting window is in front.
Your share of the talking, your pace, filler words, and a gentle nudge when you have been talking for a long stretch.
Before the meeting
After the meeting
Tell Meeting Mate what the meeting is about and attach the agenda or brief. Two minutes is enough.
Join your meeting the way you always do. Meeting Mate runs beside it, tracking open questions, action items and topics, and suggesting what to ask next.
When the meeting ends, your debrief is written and saved to your folders, and a follow-up email is waiting in your Outlook drafts.
Fast-paced client meetings where a missed question turns into a missed deadline or a second call.
Client check-ins where you need to know what you promised, what they promised, and what is still open.
Status meetings with many people and many moving parts, where decisions need an owner and a date.
It also helps with interview preparation and debrief: set up the role beforehand and review how it went afterward.
You are responsible for following the recording and transcription consent laws where you and the other participants are. Some states, including Florida, require everyone's consent. This is general information, not legal advice.
No. Meeting Mate runs on your own PC and listens to your microphone and your computer's audio. Nothing is added to the meeting and the other people see no extra participant.
No audio is ever saved. Speech is turned into text live on your own PC, and only the text you choose to keep is stored, in your own folders.
Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Google Meet, including meetings someone else hosts where you are a guest. Because it listens on your PC, it does not depend on the meeting platform.
Meeting Mate runs on Windows today. A Mac version is planned.
No. Only you run Meeting Mate. A one-click disclosure note lets you tell everyone in the meeting chat that you are using it.
Meeting Mate is yours, not the host's. It works the same on any platform, including as a guest in someone else's meeting, it is private to you, and it tracks open questions live so you can close them before the meeting ends.
White Rabbit Advisory Group does not use your meetings to train anything, and your transcripts are stored in your own folders.
