Real projects. Real results. See how we put AI to work.
Built for Asset Specialists, Inc.
Asset Specialists, Inc. manages a large portfolio of commercial leases, each with unique insurance requirements. Manually reviewing over 1,200 leases to extract insurance stipulations and verify that tenants maintained proper coverage was time-consuming, error-prone, and a constant compliance risk.
WRAG designed and built an AI-powered compliance system that automatically processes the full lease portfolio. The system extracts insurance requirements from each lease document, cross-references them against current coverage data, and flags any gaps or non-compliance issues for immediate review.
What previously required significant manual effort now runs automatically, reducing the risk of compliance gaps and freeing the team to focus on higher-value work. The system provides clear, actionable reporting that keeps stakeholders informed and ensures nothing falls through the cracks.
This project exemplifies WRAG's approach: identify a real operational pain point, build an AI-powered solution tailored to the specific business context, and deliver measurable results.
Built with OpenClaw for WRAG Internal Operations
Running a consulting firm as a solo founder means wearing every hat: business development, client delivery, content creation, financial tracking, website management, email correspondence, and security monitoring. These tasks spread across dozens of tools and inboxes, creating constant context switching and letting important items fall through the cracks.
WRAG built a comprehensive AI operations system using OpenClaw, an open-source AI agent framework. The system functions as a full-time digital operations manager that autonomously handles routine business functions while keeping the founder in the loop on decisions that matter.
What the system handles daily:
The system saves an estimated 2 to 3 hours per day on routine operations. Email response times dropped from hours to minutes. Blog content that previously took a full day to research, write, and publish now moves from concept to live post in under an hour. Tax deduction tracking went from a shoebox of receipts to a structured, categorized database ready for CPA review.
Most importantly, it changed how the founder spends time: less on administrative overhead, more on client relationships and strategic work. The system handles the predictable, repetitive tasks so the human can focus on judgment, creativity, and relationship building.
This is not a demo or proof of concept. This system runs WRAG's actual daily operations. It is the same approach we bring to clients: identify where AI can multiply human effectiveness, build the system, and put it to work.
From Concept to Live Web App in One Day
Tournament poker players face hundreds of preflop decisions per session, and small mistakes compound into significant losses over time. Existing training tools are either locked behind expensive subscriptions, designed for advanced players, or too abstract for recreational players to learn from. There was no free, approachable tool that could assess a player's decision-making, identify specific leaks, and provide targeted practice with plain English explanations.
WRAG built a complete poker training web application in a single day using AI-assisted development. The app assesses players across 20 curated tournament scenarios, identifies weaknesses across 8 leak categories, generates a personalized study plan, and provides infinite practice drills powered by a dynamic spot generator.
Key technical accomplishments:
The application went from zero code to live production URL in a single working session. Users receive immediate feedback on every decision, personalized leak identification, and practice drills that never repeat. The project demonstrates that AI-assisted development can produce production-quality software at a pace that would have been impossible with traditional development timelines.
This project showcases WRAG's "vibe coding" capability: describe what you want, let AI build it, iterate on feedback in real time. The same approach applies to client projects of any complexity.
